"Never doubt that a small group of committed citizens can change the world. For indeed, that is the only thing that ever has." - Margaret Mead
Each year since 1995, a corps of volunteers have come together to make the Komen NENY Race for the Cure® a success. No paid employees make this Race happen.
There are so many ways that you can help. Whether you volunteer a few hours each week, or pitch in on Race day, every bit helps and is greatly appreciated...not to mention, the feeling of being involved in the Race is undeniably amazing!
The Komen NENY Race for the Cure® increases in size each year, as does our need for volunteers. We can't do it without YOU!
To volunteer to help with the Race, you must complete the Komen Participation Form and Komen Volunteer Release. Please mail them to the address provided on each form.
If you are interested in helping with the Race or other events, please contact us at volunteer@albanyraceforthecure.com or call our hotline at (518) 454-0045.
